105 grams of chicken protein. In this recipe, we use exclusively protein and thus reduce the fat content in the dish.
400 grams of cottage cheese. We take exclusively low-fat cottage cheese. In 100 grams of such a product, there are only about 70 calories. The cottage cheese should be soft, then the pancakes are lush.
90 grams of oatmeal. They need to be ground in a coffee grinder to a state of flour.
75 grams of protein.
1 teaspoon baking powder
First you need to thoroughly mix the cottage cheese with the protein. This can be done with a whisk or mixer. If necessary, you can add a sweetener of your choice. In a separate container, combine the dry ingredients – protein, flakes and baking powder. We combine the dry mixture with the curd, mix. Drop a tablespoon into a non-stick pan and cook on both sides.
