
Cheesecakes with chocolate filling
Ingredients
Curd 5% – 200 g
Egg – 1-2 pcs.
Rice flour – 3-4 tbsp. l
bitter chocolate
How to cook
Mix cottage cheese with egg yolk, sweetener and flour. Roll into balls with a diameter of 3-3.5 cm. Wrap one piece of chocolate in each ball so that it is completely inside. Form the final shape of the cheesecake and fry it on both sides until browned in a non-stick pan.
